A Little History:

After a decade of working with Farm Credit Associations, I decided to start Seeding Growth. It’s a resource provided exclusively for Farm Credit Associations.

As the former President and Founder of Dancing Elephants Achievement Group, I oversaw a team that provided sales, marketing, leadership, customer service and strategic planning services to clients.

While we had success in all areas, we soon became noted for our expertise in Sales and Leaderhip. Our clients, which included small to large companies, had amazing results. Building on my previous experience as a Director of Marketing and Sales for a regional company, I was responsible for developing sales training programs that got results.

As our reputation at Dancing Elephants grew, we were referred to more and more businesses. Along the way, Colonial Farm Credit hired me to provide sales training to their loan officers. Which turned into a referral to Farm Credits of the Virginias, which turned into a referral to AgFirst Bank. About a dozen years ago, I started teaching part of the curriculum for the Lifestyle Lending Class for AgFirst’s Farm Credit University (FCU). And when AgFirst decided to develop an advanced sales curriculum program for loan officers, I was selected among some of the top sales trainers in the industry for being the best choice for Farm Credit.

That, of course, was no accident. My Mastering Sales Magnetism program is built on a set of principles that is completely aligned with the values that Farm Credit Associations share. Selling from a base of complete integrity, creating exceptional value, establishing life-long customers, etc.

Since creating the curriculum, I’m now a permanent faculty member of the Farm Credit University team, teaching classes each year. In addition, I continue to work with Farm Credit Associations across the country for customized programs and workshops.

What Makes Seeding Growth Different:

Well, I could just say that my farm-boy roots have caught up with me. Raised on a farm in Hanover County, Virginia, I know about farming first hand. But anyone can be blessed by birth to be a country boy. That’s not the reason to work with me (although it doesn’t hurt).

In this day and age, generations are shifting rapidly in the workplace as new loan officers replace more seasoned folks who are retiring. As an expert on generational selling, I can tell you that the training and development needs of this new Millennial workforce is different. Are you adjusting how you train and develop your team? A cookie-cutter approach or doing things the same old way will not cut it if you want to stay on top of your game or expand market share.

The real value I bring to my clients is the fact that I’m an expert on how to get results regardless of the generation and marketplace challenges…whether it be sales training for loan officers or sales leadership training for your management team.
